2025 KIWAMI AWARDS HONOUR LEXUS’ FINEST EUROPEAN RETAILERS

Lexus is delighted to celebrate the winners of the 2025 Lexus Kiwami Awards, recognising the top-performing centres across its European region.

Since their introduction in 2016, the Kiwami (“outstanding excellence”) Awards have highlighted the dedication and innovation of our retailers. With more than 340 official Lexus centres eligible this year, the level of competition and achievement has been truly inspiring.

This year, 19 retailers have been recognised for their exceptional business performance and their commitment to delivering the unique Lexus experience, defined by “Omotenashi” hospitality. Each winner embodies our philosophy of ‘making luxury personal’, with retailer staff demonstrating exceptional attention to detail—not only in how they prepare for every customer interaction, but in every aspect of their day-to-day operations. This dedication ensures that every guest is treated with the care and consideration reserved for someone welcomed into one’s home.

Our winners have enjoyed an unforgettable three-day experience in Budapest from 11th to 13th September, blending immersive team-building, a gala evening, and creative cultural activities inspired by the city’s rich traditions.
