2024 KIWAMI AWARDS HONOUR LEXUS’ FINEST EUROPEAN RETAILERS
- Kiwami Awards recognise excellence in business and customer service achieved by Lexus European retailers
- 17 centres honoured this year, from among more than 300 eligible businesses
- Awards reflect Lexus’ commitment to “making luxury personal” and delivering unique “Omotenashi” hospitality to all customers
Lexus has announced the winners of its 2024 Kiwami Awards, honours that are bestowed on the top-performing centres across its European region.
This year, 17 retailers have been recognised for both their business achievements and an exceptional level of customer service that delivers uniquely Lexus “Omotenashi” hospitality. In essence, this treats every customer with the care and attention to detail that would be extended to a guest in the home, reinforcing the Lexus’ principle of “making luxury personal”.
Pascal Ruch, Toyota Motor Europe Vice President for Lexus, commented: “This is an exciting time for our retailers as we work with them on our programme for future electrified models and maximising the opportunities offered by digitalisation. At the same, we are maintaining our human-centred approach, ensuring that we give our customers a great experience, whether they are visiting our centres in person or through our digital channels.

The Kiwami (“outstanding excellence”) Awards were introduced in 2016 and this year more than 340 official Lexus retailers were eligible for consideration across Europe.
This years’ winners are being rewarded with a four-day event in Norway (June 28th to July 1st), including an electrification fact finding and best practice sharing, a gala dinner, and opportunities to enjoy spectacular landscapes with hiking and fjord expeditions.
