This year, for the second consecutive time, the full hybrid Lexus GS 450h proved to be the best choice for a CEO.

For many years, the Fleet Awards Polska has been a performance indicator of the Polish fleet market reflecting fleet managers' satisfaction and trust in fleet vehicles, products and services.

The winning models and services are appointed via internet voting and direct tests. This year a jury consisting of almost 180 fleet managers, journalists and invited guests tested nearly 90 cars and more than 60 services and products. In total, nearly 290,000 votes were cast in all categories which is an absolute record since the awards' creation. Additionally, 2013 sales numbers influenced the evaluation.

The GS 450h is the winner in the category of fleet vehicles for CEO level customers.

The German automobile magazine Auto Bild, has awarded the Lexus GS 300h 'Residual Value Champion' for 2014. The GS 300h takes the crown from the 2013 Champion, the GS 450h.

The GS 300h full hybrid sports sedan benefits from the lowest depreciation value in its class. The result demonstrates that full hybrid technology is not only good for its owner's budget when it comes to fuel consumption, but also in terms of residual value. It offers further evidence of the Lexus full hybrid leadership, which continues to convince more and more customers and further establishes itself as efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional powertrains.

For the 11^th consecutive year now, Auto Bild has been assigning residual value experts of Schwacke[1] to determine which vehicles have the lowest absolute and relative depreciation after four years of usage.

The evaluation is based on a yearly mileage of 20,000km and includes the vehicle's price and maintenance costs. Additionally, quality and design influence the residual value forecast.

The GS 300h is the 2^nd model with Lexus Hybrid Drive in the GS model range. Launched in December 2013[2], deliveries are now starting across Europe. The full hybrid powertrain of the GS 300h combines an Atkinson cycle L4 petrol engine with an electric motor and develops a total system output of 164 kW (223 hp). The average fuel consumption is 4.7 liters per 100 kilometers, corresponding to only 109g CO₂ / km.

Today Lexus unveiled the all-new GS 300h. Thanks to its outstanding environmental performance and its engine displacement positioned right at the heart of its segment (*), the new GS 300h will play a key role in expanding Lexus' segment share, with a special focus on corporate fleets. The new GS 300h will be launched by the end of 2013 in various global markets, including China, Europe, Asian countries, Australia and New Zealand.

The GS 300h is a front engine rear-wheel drive premium sedan equipped with a two-motor full hybrid system featuring a 2.5l 4-cylinder Atkinson cycle petrol engine with a D-4S direct injection technology. With CO₂ emissions targeted at below 110g/km, this powertrain is one of the most efficient in its class.

The Lexus GS range now includes the GS 300h, the GS 450h, the GS 250, the GS 350 and the GS 350 AWD. Launched in the spring of 2012, the model's total global sales achieved 47,787 units last year, almost 6 times more than in 2011.
